MACCID Consulting Ltd is a medium-sized general contractor. We specialize in the construction, inspection, and development of residential, commercial, and multi-family residential buildings. Based out of Penticton, we serve throughout southern British Columbia, V2A 8Z8, Canada.
Construction
From a cottage to a high-rise, we build it all for you. Our architects are proficient at turning the simplest of ideas into detailed plans for construction. Together with engineers, we review building requirements, oversee construction, and guarantee quality work with a timeline.
Inspection
We are a team of fully licensed and insured inspectors and carry out thousands of inspections. MACCID provides full-service ‘inspection to litigation then remediation’ to commercial and multi-family residential owners. Being commercial and residential inspectors, we have the opportunity to examine Building Permit files in several jurisdictions in the Okanagan Valley.
We have experience from both the enforcement side as well as the view of the private developer or contractor. We are eminent because we are meticulous and able to ‘talk the same language’ as construction companies, authorities having jurisdiction, and developers who have failed to fulfill their obligations to people making the most significant purchase of their lives.
